We do not refund for lost packages.

We are not responsible for items not delivered due to an incorrect address.

For any items that are returned, the shipping and handling charges are your responsibility.

If you receive an item that is defect or damage, We will refund the purchase price of the item only (Shipping cost excluded). Please contact our customer service 3 days after receiving the item.

We accept only the reason for the return / refund of goods due to defect or damage.

The following situations are not the reason for return or refund:
